As an expert in imposter syndrome, my passion lies in helping individuals overcome self-doubt and inadequacy. Everyone experiences do-overs throughout their lives, and it's essential to embrace these moments as opportunities for growth and self-reflection.
With a diverse background that includes careers in sales, food service, and real estate management, I have gained a wealth of experience in navigating challenging situations and overcoming obstacles. I earned my certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and my Health and Wellness Certification from Intervent International.
As a single parent for many years, I developed valuable skills in time management, financial planning, and team leadership. Today, as a life coach, I specialize in supporting leaders find their “seat at the table” helping them to rediscover their strengths and take on new challenges with confidence. When I'm not coaching clients or managing our rental business, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our rescue pets, including two dogs and a cat.
Despite all of my accomplishments, I still have moments of self-doubt - but I've learned to view these moments as opportunities for growth and perseverance. With my guidance, you too can overcome imposter syndrome and find success in your personal and professional life. I love taking people from imposters to EMPOWERED!
End childhood hunger in America. As a single parent, I did not make the best food choices; rather, the cheapest and easiest one. The struggle to feed my children as healthy as possible was real. I want to partner with our food banks so others do not go through what I did with my sons.
One in six American children go to bed hungry at night. My husband and I know when a child doesn't worry about basic needs like food, they can open their minds and learn well. When a child learns well, we give them the opportunity to grow well. When a child grows well, they in turn, give well.
I give a part of the company profits to help end childhood hunger.
